There are millions of homes being built all across our home counties now. So many folk and families want to buy new homes that developers are struggling to keep up with demand. Apparently. It is quite clear though that as each phase comes on the market, there are more buyers for them.
Sometimes there are unseemly activities going on with foul play between them over who is going to get the first look in. The houses are definitely getting bigger and grander the more they build. We have several estates becoming near ready for ribbon opening ceremonies, after many years of not selling enough to make the cost of the ribbon. The excitement level must be off the radar these days. It is not just a case of getting the bigger and better property. The developers are in the wonderful position of having ready buyers for every house that gets finished in sequence and they start with nice little 2 bedroomed starter homes that feaure a lounge and dining end and beautifully fitted kithen.
They are so much better than the starter homes of years gone by. Again the 5 bedroom examples show wonderful spacious sitting areass with dining sets tucked away in a lovely sunny corner. The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes and in these bigge properties, three of the bedrooms have ensuites. They do not have massive gardens which is a small pity. The chance to keep children in the family space is better than them randomly wandering the streets. But on the whole, these new homes a absolute paradise compared to the older style family house.
They all have efficiency ratings in the upper brackets and all have money saving lighting or other helpful features.
